Warranty and Returns

Bull Creek Technologies stands behind the products we supply. This page explains our limited warranty and how to request a return or replacement.

Limited Warranty

The products we supply are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal business use for the warranty period that applies to each product line. Warranty periods vary by product category and manufacturer; the applicable period and any manufacturer warranty terms are confirmed at the time of quotation or on the product documentation. Where a product carries a manufacturer warranty, that warranty applies in addition to the rights described here.

What the Warranty Covers

The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal, intended business use. If a covered product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or issue a credit for the purchase price.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation, unauthorized modification or repair, exposure to conditions outside published specifications, normal wear, or use inconsistent with the product documentation. Consumable items and damage caused by external factors such as power surges are also excluded.

How to Request a Return or Replacement (RMA)

To start a return, submit our RMA Request form with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions. Please do not ship any product back to us without an RMA number, as we may be unable to process unauthorized returns.

Return Conditions

Approved returns should be sent in their original or equivalent protective packaging, including any accessories that were supplied. Products must be returned within the timeframe stated in your RMA approval. We inspect all returned products and will notify you of the outcome and any applicable repair, replacement, or credit.

This warranty applies to business customers and sets out your exclusive remedies for defective products. It does not limit any non-waivable rights that may apply under applicable law.
